LINCOLN JOURNAL, Saturday, December 23, 1948:
CARS SIDESWIPE, TWO SLIGHTLY HURT.

Two persons received slight injuries Friday evening when the two cars in which 
they were riding sideswiped on the Denton road southwest of the state hospital.

The state safety patrol said Cecelia HELLER, 38, of the state hospital, suffered 
a cut forehead and leg bruises, and Richard REDDISH, 10, Route 1, Lincoln, received 
a cut lip. Both were treated at the state hospital and released.
